Sonic Makers Camp is an itinerant camp animated by makers, artists, hackers and researchers, where conferences, workshops, site-specific creations, artistic performances and concerts take place.
During these few days, between the Parc de la Villette (Fab City Summit), the Place de la Pointe (Pantin) and the Parc Bataille in Evry (Bellastock Festival), the Sonic Makers Camp, aboard the Urban Boat, will present creations and explorations.
The Sonic Makers Camp aims to highlight the role of artists and makers in the reappropriation of urban space: artistic and technological creation and experimentation question practices, solicit and produce the most advanced technological innovations, push the limits of experimentation and participate in creating our common culture.
Through sound creation and creative production, it is a question of cultivating dynamics of consultation and collaboration for a responsible and open innovation.
The Sonic Makers Camp is accessible to all: makers, digital novices and experts are invited.
